The following varieties of olive trees grow on the estate :

        We chose these varieties amongst those which would be adapted to the soil and able to withstand the cold. Some of these have been growing locally for a long time and others were brought back from trips abroad.

        I have chosen varieties with a potential for great quality, able to produce exceptional "green fruit" oil. All the trees are the result of traditional grafting methods and are not genetically modified.
